1. Scope

These terms generally cover architecture, interior design, spatial consulting, and related deliverables (drawings, renders, reports, and site direction when agreed).

2. Engagement and scope

Fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in writing. Material scope changes may adjust fees and schedule.

3. Client duties

The client provides timely information, access, decisions, and approvals. Delays in inputs may shift milestones without Studio liability for that delay alone.

4. Fees and payment

Unless otherwise agreed, fees are invoiced by milestone, plus applicable taxes. Late payment may suspend work after notice.

5. Deliverables and revisions

Included revision rounds are stated in the proposal. Extra rounds or major brief changes may be billed separately.

6. Cancellation

If the client cancels, work completed and committed expenses to date are payable as agreed. The Studio may terminate for serious non-payment or material breach.

7. Limitation

Except for willful misconduct or mandatory law, Studio liability is limited to fees for the specific engagement. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded unless contracted otherwise.
