Studio practice guidelines. Specific client agreements prevail.
1. Publishing projects
We may ask permission to publish images and project descriptions. We respect home privacy, client brand rules, and press embargos.
2. Credits
We credit clients, photographers, collaborators, and key suppliers when appropriate. We do not strip photographic authorship credits.
3. Removal or limits
If a client asks to remove or limit a published piece, we will review in good faith and act within a reasonable time, without undoing prior lawful distribution. Contact: info@mydesignstudio.us.
4. Third-party material on the site
Site images may be ours, client-authorized, or licensed stock. Unauthorized commercial reuse is prohibited.
