General framework. Each project agreement may set specific assignments or licenses.
1. Studio ownership
Unless expressly assigned in writing, Minimal Design Studio retains IP in concepts, methods, libraries, templates, tools, and pre-existing materials.
2. Project deliverables
Project-specific deliverables are assigned or licensed to the client as stated in the contract—typically for the commissioned works and project management, not for free reuse on unrelated jobs.
3. Portfolio and publicity
Unless a confidentiality deal says otherwise, the Studio may show the project in portfolio, web, and social channels, subject to the Images & portfolio policy and client agreements.
4. Third parties
Third-party works embedded in a project (photography, fonts, licensed 3D) remain under their own terms.
